All 10mm Express floors have a four way bevel on all edges and are suitable for use over underfloor heating. All laminate floors are assigned an AC rating. This represents the laminates resistance to wear on a scale of 1 to 5. The higher the rating the higher the durability. The AC4 rating means it is ideal for residential use with high traffic and commercial use with general traffic. It is quick and easy to install and is dimensionally stable as it does not expand as much as real wood.
