Great covering. Paint to Block Stains covers and eliminates stains caused by nicotine, smoke, marker pen, wax crayon, graffiti, tannin and bitumen.It provides a tough, durable matt coating which prevents stains from bleeding through. Can be over coated with your choice of coloured emulsion.
