Valve Kit Connecting the valve to the radiator.Use PTFE Tape or Cord to provide the thread seal when screwing the valve body into the radiator.Apply the tape by winding it around the thread in the opposite direction to that used to insert the thread into the fitting.Use sufficient to be able to screw the thread into the radiator with an adjustable wrench or spanner such that it only really starts to becomes tight as most of the thread is engaged in the fitting.
