Shooting Star is an F1 hybrid giving it excellent disease resistance. This variety has an unusual but useful upright growing habit. This climbing behaviour makes it the perfect choice for small gardens or growing in a plot with limited space. The fruits grow uniform and have bright yellow and shiny skin, harvest when around 4-5 inches long. Delicious when used in salads and stir fries. Regularly harvesting the fruits will allow you to have a prolonged cropping period.
